We can cater to any type of event: birthdays, holiday parties, corporate events, weddings, dinner parties, charity functions, team building events, house parties, ugly sweater parties, brunches, luncheons, pool parties, launch parties, grand openings, premiers, book clubs, and more.

Our people, hands down. Our model bartenders are great making drinks and are easy on the eyes, but they really excel in the charisma department. Many bartending companies offer a great service, but we strive to go above and beyond and offer a remarkable experience. Your guests will leave with zero hesitation about coming to the next party you throw. Lastly, we have a 3-hour service minimum, which is much shorter than you'll see elsewhere, offering you more flexibility and cost savings.

We will arrive with a robust bar tool kit, ready to whip up some great cocktails. We don't provide any alcohol, nor will we be able to pick up anything on the way.

We recommend having ample alcohol, mixers, garnishes, cups/glasses, and ice. If you have special cocktails that you'd like us to make, please have those ingredients prepared.

Every party we host is incredibly unique. Our value is in providing great service and memorable experiences, not delivering groceries. Using our proprietary cocktail calculator, we will give you suggestions on what items to buy and in what quantity depending on your event type and guest count.. Doing the shopping yourself will allow you to save money by avoiding markups, and allows us to focus on a higher level of service and provide a better experience for you and your guests.

Cabana Boys is a great party hosting service that caters primarily to bachelorette parties and similar events. The Cocktail Crew offers services to a broader demographic and a wider variety of event types, while really emphasizing the mixology aspect of the service. While we do share staffing resources, the Cocktail Crew's approach is more refined and sophisticated. We recommend the Cabana Boys for pool parties and a more laid-back event, where removing our shirts is acceptable and encouraged. The Cocktail Crew will not remove their shirts, but will still make your party a hit.

Pricing varies by location and event size. Here are some example rates: 3-hour event with one bartender: $225-255 4-hour event with two bartenders: $560-640 5-hour event with three bartenders: $1025-1175. 3 hour minimum. We recommend one bartender per 20-30 people, depending on the types of drinks we are serving. Our Crew will place a small tip jar at the event, unless you would like to arrange an alternative method for gratuity.

Customers will receive a full, 100% refund with at least 30 days advance notice ahead of the event. If you cancel with less than 30 but at least 10 days ahead of your party, we'll refund 50%. All events are non-refundable with 10 days or less notice.
